Sundays: 10am

All worship experiences at Throggs Neck Community Church are comprised of two primary elements: inspiring worship and a practical message. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, we are committed to making your time with us a creative, compelling, and challenging presentation of God's Truth. At Throggs Neck CC, you can expect to be energized, whether it's a result of the people around you or the live music that kicks off the service.

When you visit us, you'll notice something is different about Throggs Neck CC. People come as they are, whether they're comfortable in jeans or slacks. No one needs a spiritual resume to experience God within our community; people of all backgrounds, different cultures, ethnicity and walks of life have made Throggs Neck CC their home.

  • Live Band
The worship experience kicks off with a live band.  We have live worship with keyboard, piano and drums, as well as intimate songs of worship. The music is modern and full of life and energy.  Words to the songs are projected on a widescreen.   Everyone worships in their own unique way - for many, that means singing, clapping and raising their hands, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words. At Throggs Neck CC, you're welcome to do what comes from the heart in praise to God. After the music and songs, the Pastor dismisses elementary age kids (5-5th grade) to the outside administration building center for kids church.
  • Biblical, Inspiring and Practical Message
Our Pastor then will give the sermon, usually around 30 min. Pastor Nik presents the Bible in a way that is relevant to today's culture using Bible scripture, personal experience, humor and multimedia. He focuses on Christ's teaching; how it can be a part of our everyday life, including how each of us can have our own personal relationship with Christ.
  • Offering
At the end of service, everyone is given an opportunity to give. An offering bucket will be passed around.  However, if you are a guest, we do not expect you to give! We want to give to you.  Every first time guest will receive a free gift, that we are sure you will enjoy.
  • Communion
We celebrate communion together on designated Sunday services. Anyone can participate in this time of reflection and prayer - as long they've made the decision to follow Jesus Christ.  The juice and bread that we share represent the life He gave up so that our sins could be forgiven.
  • Throggs Neck CC Kids Church
Kids Church is our Sunday Morning kids program for children ages 5- 5th grade and it occurs during the message of both of our adult worship services.
  • Throggs Neck CC Nursery
Our Nursery is available for children 18 months - age 4 and is open and staffed throughout our Sunday worship service.
